The best looking of all classic Mustangs (with the possible exception of the '65 Fastback).
With machines such es this one available, I will never understand why anybody would want to drive a 4-cylinder, FWD, anemic little grocery-getter...
It was built in the year I was born, and I've done quite a bit to it so far:

There was rather more, but as I'm currently moving, all my notes are already packed away. I'll update here as soon as I'm set up again.

A classic pony car, turned into an equally classic muscle car.
The engine room before it was detailed. There's a lot less space there than it would appear.
The car has cost me huge amounts of money, effort, time and blood
(literally), it has let me down at the most inopportune moments, it has stranded
me in faraway places, it has caused me to curse and shout and throw fits, it has
dirtied me beyond recognition, it nearly caused me to freeze, I nearly had a
heatstroke in it (no A/C), I possibly damaged my hearing, and it has exposed me
to the ridicule of my friends and peers.
But every morning, when I turn the key and the engine roars into life, throwing my poor neighbours out of bed, when I put the car in gear and feel the brute power of it, the rough-edged immediacy, the crushing acceleration and incomparable sound... I know it was all worth it. Oh, yes. It was all worth it.
